I am a stay at home mom and loving it!
I have been thinking about this for a while, when everyone is busy putting fancy letters behind their names and giving degrees and certificates to the wall, that I too would love to do that. Not to look important, but to share my knowledge base.
Then I heard this line, from a very young man in our company, who turned diamond recently(for those of you not in Young Living, this is the highest level of payout).
It really resonated with my heart.
If you have read any of my post, you know me, by now. I love to share my passion about Young Living Essential Oils. I really wanted to share them with more people and thought I could do that by going to school and specializing in a particular area.
Thanks to this young man for sharing his wisdom with us all, that it took me to hear it once and realize that it would be no different sharing my passion with or without a degree.
So, you are thinking, "Why am I sharing this with YOU?'
Well, to put it this way, I want you to realize you can have a degree, that is wonderful but if you think you need one to sell these products from Young Living, to touch more lives and grow your team, you do not have too.
It is three easy steps.
1) Buy a distributor pack, use the products.
2) Get on the monthly autoship program called "Essential Rewards".
3) Share your stories and ask for the sale, in your own comfortable words.
When we get get more complicated we tend to trip over our own feet. In saying this, I mean it for myself, in particular. The more I learn the harder it is to keep the balance, in the basics and the advanced. I am sure you know what I mean. It is no different when you learn the ABC's and then start reading. We advance along to the next level of learning. Do we go back to the ABC's? Haven't for a long time.
So, with that in mind, I will tell you, "Keep it simple" and don't think you need any of them fancy labels behind your name. Although, if you do have them, you are still welcome to join my team in working from home or using the products. We could use your expertise, to keep me from tripping up, on myself. ;)
So, the beauty of working from home for me, is ten fold!
1) I get to work around my families schedule
2) I can go with the family to functions (majority of the time).
3) I earn as I learn without a debt rising in equal proportion to my knowledge or more. ;)
4) I get to write off my expenses for business.
5) I get to have a party once in a while.
6) I get to know such great people out there and help them learn to share the passion of usingYoung Living Essential Oils!
7) I get to watch people grow their business and do the same process I am doing, while they are earning a "thank you" check.
8) I get to travel and meet people from all over the world!.
9) I get time to do things for myself, called "pampering".
10) All while, making a "thank you" check too!
